The Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) owns and operates the Kelly Rink. The staff at DCR work hard to keep the facility running and available to everyone who want to get our on the ice during the winter. The Friends of the Kelly Rink are happy to partner with DCR and look forward to another great winter of skating for the 2019-2020 season.
